Effective on October 1, 2016, the fee for filing a registration statement under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 has been increased from $100.70 per million dollars to $115.90 per million dollars of the proposed maximum aggregate offering price of the securities to be registered. More simply, the new registration filing fee is the product of multiplying the maximum aggregate offering price of the securities offering and .00011590.
The increased filing fee calculation rate also applies to repurchases of securities under Section 13(e) and proxy solicitations and statements in corporate control transactions under Section 14(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and annual notices of securities sold pursuant to Rule 24f-2 under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
