Our Real Estate lawyers regularly represent nationally known name brand retailers in the leasing of store locations in malls, outlet centers and street locations in Manhattan and throughout the United States. As a result, we are well known by virtually all of the major shopping center landlords in the United States, and are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, we manage, coordinate and supervise all legal aspects of our clients’ nationwide retail leasing programs.

Many of our clients lease stores in the nation’s most exclusive retail shopping areas, including on Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue and in Soho in New York City, in East Hampton, New York, on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, in Los Angeles, Malibu and San Francisco in California and in South Beach in Florida.

We also represent landlords in New York and across the United States in the leasing of the retail portions of mixed use buildings and represent both landlords and tenants in restaurant leases throughout the United States. Our clients also include galleries and artist studios.
