When he first showed this horse, Pumba, a good friend said, “Eric, that is way too much horse for you, for now.” But Eric survived showing Pumba and learned how to develop a partnership between rider and horse. “It is a very real partnership, and I do my best to hold up my end. Being centered, and helping Pumba do his job. Now, I will haul hundreds of miles to show him.”
