PLI’s 20th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute

Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini will present a program on “Construction Issues” at Practising Law Institute's program “20th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute” on December 3-4, 2018 in New York. Alex’s presentation will cover the selection of delivery systems, an update on “standard” form documents, critical risk-shifting provisions in construction contracts, and the problem of inconsistent treatment of issues across jurisdictions. This program will improve the skills of identifying, appreciating and weighing client’s leverage in negotiating the commercial real estate fundamentals (rents, vacancy rates and development activity).
