Disclosure and Discovery, including E-Discovery, and Litigating Cases Efficiently

Olshan Chair of Litigation Lori Marks-Esterman will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Disclosure and Discovery, including E-Discovery, and Litigating Cases Efficiently,” presented virtually by the New York State Bar Association on November 3, 2022, from 3:20-5:00pm, as part of the Association’s Commercial Litigation Academy 2022. The program brings together distinguished commercial litigators, current and former in-house counsel, and judges who will share valuable insights on federal and state commercial litigation.
