Shareholder Activism Practice Co-Chair Steve Wolosky participated at Tulane University Law School’s 31st Annual Corporate Law Institute. The Tulane Corporate Law Institute is recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country and took place on March 14-15, 2019. Steve offered his expertise on the panel, The “Ins” and “Outs” of Dealing with Activists. In this panel, six experts in different areas of activism will examine how activists approach public companies and best practices for managements and boards to effectively engage with activists as well as other shareholders.
