432 Park Avenue is Midtown's Tallest Building

New York’s “Yes, In My Back Yard” blog recently reported on the progress of residential development 432 Park Avenue and that it is now the tallest building north of One World Trade Center. The building, including two retail components, currently stands at 1,280 feet above the street and is visible throughout the metropolitan region, even with 120 feet remaining. Olshan client Roger & Sons Concrete, represented by Alexander Ferrini, is the concrete superstructure contractor for 432 Park Avenue, designed by Rafael Viñoly.
