Olshan Secures $50M Refinancing Loan for NoMad Office Building

Law360 and The Real Deal reported that Olshan client Walter & Samuels Inc. received a $50 million loan from Apple Bank for Savings to refinance 419 Park Avenue South, a 20-story office building which spans approximately 160,000 square feet. Olshan Real Estate attorneys Samuel Ross and Hyman Kindler represented Walter & Samuels in the refinancing.
