Activist Clients Baker Street Capital and Stone House Capital Reach Agreement with USA Truck for Board Representation

The Wall Street Journal, Seeking Alpha, US News, Arkansas News, TB & P, The City Wire, Northwest Arkansas Business Journal,  Arkansas Business and a variety of other local and industry news sources reported that United Shareholders for the Benefit of USAK, a shareholder group led by clients Baker Street Capital and Stone House Capital, has reached an agreement with USA Truck, an Arkansas-based trucking transportation and logistics provider, for the addition of two nominees recommended by United Shareholders for the Benefit of USAK to the USA Truck board of directors.  Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represented United Shareholders for the Benefit of USAK in connection with their settlement negotiations with USA Truck.
