JCP Investment Management Reaches Agreement with Crius Energy Trust on Board Changes and Governance Improvements

On April 30, 2018, Reuters and other media outlets reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client JCP Investment Management and Crius Energy Trust pursuant to which Ali Hedayat will be nominated for election to Crius’ board of directors at its upcoming annual and special meeting. As part of the agreement, Crius agreed to include and support certain governance related proposals in its information circular and intends to form a Strategic Operating Committee. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent JCP in connection with its investment in Crius.
