Legion Partners and 4010 Capital Enter into Cooperation Agreement with Genesco Inc.

Olshan clients Legion Partners and 4010 Capital have entered into an agreement with Genesco, Inc., a Nashville-based specialty retailer, to appoint two new independent directors to the Board. According to the agreement, the new directors will be appointed to the Board’s Strategic Alternatives Committee and the committee will undertake an updated review of strategic alternatives. Steve Wolosky represented Legion Partners and 4010 Capital in connection with the agreement.
