BP Clothing Chapter 11 Reorganization Plan Gets Court Approval

Client BP Clothing LLC has successfully reorganized under Chapter 11, represented by Olshan’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group as reported in DBR. In less than five months, Olshan negotiated a comprehensive restructuring of BP Clothing’s core business in the form of a debt-for-equity exchange and the elimination of the unsecured debt.
