Olshan Client Baker Street Capital Reaches New Agreement with USA Truck for Continued Board Representation

The Deal, Arkansas Business, and other national and local media sources reported on the new settlement agreement reached between Olshan client, Baker Street Capital, and USA Truck. Under the new agreement, USA Truck agreed to re-nominate Vadim Perelman and Thomas Glaser for three-year terms as directors. The new agreement partially extends a settlement agreement between Baker Street, Stone House and USA Truck reached in May 2014 pursuant to which Messrs. Perelman and Glaser initially joined the Board. Steve Wolosky, and Ryan Nebel represent Baker Street in connection with its investment in USA Truck and in the negotiation of the agreement.
