Bandera Partners Obtains Board Representation at Rubicon Technology

On November 16, 2017, Olshan client Bandera Partners reached an agreement with Rubicon Technology, Inc. pursuant to which Jefferson Gramm, Portfolio Manager at Bandera Partners, was appointed to Rubicon Technology’s board of directors effective immediately. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Bandera Partners in connection with its investment in Rubicon Technology.
