Barron's Reports on Nanes Balkany Successful Settlement

Barron's reported on the successful negotiation by Olshan's client Nanes Balkany in the settlement agreement with Toreador Resources Corp. According to Barron's, the settlement took a total of eight days and resulted in the appointment of three Nanes Balkany nominees to the Board and the termination of the company's poison pill. Steve Wolosky and Ron S. Berenblat represented Nanes Balkany in the settlement.
