Bel Fuse Launches Offer for Pulse Electronics

The M&A Journal (subscription required)reported that Olshan’s client, U.S. electronics producer Bel Fuse Inc., offered to buy Pulse Electronics Corp. for $246 million and plans to nominate four candidates for election to Pulse’s Board of Directors.
Steve Wolosky, Ron S. Berenblat and Jason W. Soncini comprise the Olshan team representing Bel Fuse.
