Bisceglie Obtains TRO and Prelim Injunction

The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, Judge James O. Browning, granted our client Guidance Endodontics a temporary restraining order requiring defendants, Dentsply International and Tulsa Dental, to manufacture and supply critical products "without delay." The Court granted the TRO and issued the attached decision after conducting a five day hearing. Additionally after a two day hearing, a preliminary injunction in favor of Guidance was granted.
