Bisceglie Quoted in Law 360 on $44M Endodontic Verdict

Kyle C. Bisceglie was quoted in Law 360 (subscription required) on Dentsply’s failure to overturn the $44 million jury verdict against Dentsply. Kyle, who led the Olshan team representing Guidance, was quoted as saying “What this case shows is that this is a company that, according to the evidence, used unfair and anti-competitive business practices, and they just won't accept the jury's impartial assessment of their conduct.” According to the National Law Journal, the verdict was the 40th largest in the United States in 2009, and second largest verdict involving a medical or dental instrument.
