Bloomberg Covers Engaged Capital’s Campaign at Rovi Corp.

Bloomberg reported on the campaign of activist client, Engaged Capital, to replace four directors on the board of Rovi Corporation. Engaged Capital had privately nominated candidates in December but decided to launch a public campaign for change at Rovi Corp. after making little progress in its efforts to reach a settlement with the company to improve the composition of its board of directors. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Engaged Capital in its campaign at Rovi Corp.
