Olshan Negotiates Board Representation for Dolphin Limited Partnership

Olshan successfully negotiated an agreement for client Dolphin Limited Partnership III, L.P. as a result of which Justin A. Orlando, a managing director of Dolphin, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Minneapolis-based Rimage Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed company. Dolphin is Rimage’s second largest shareholder with a 6.5% position. The agreement also grants Dolphin board observer rights and provides for the appointment of an additional director with relevant enterprise software industry experience. Steve Wolosky, Michael R. Neidell and Jason Soncini represented Dolphin in connection with this matter.
