Olshan Names New Of Counsel to Real Estate Law Practice

Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP announced today that Dov B. Brandstatter has been named of counsel at the firm in the Real Estate Law practice.

Brandstatter’s practice is focused in the area of real estate law, and his varied experience includes matters involving office, retail, garage and ground leasing, the acquisition, development and financing of residential, mixed-use and commercial properties and assisting corporate clients with the acquisition and sale of corporate owned and leased properties. Dov was named to the 2014 New York Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, a Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service for lawyers under 40, and worked on a number of significant transactions in 2014, including representation of the owners of properties located on West 44th Street and East 24th Street in Manhattan in connection with 99-year ground leases with Sam Chang’s McSam Hotel Group, and the representation of a borrower in a $185 million refinancing of a high end retail property in Waikiki, Honolulu.
