Roket and Stanton Handle Lease for Brooklyn Nets New Corporate Headquarters

The NBA’s Brooklyn Nets has signed a lease for its new corporate headquarters in Industry City, in Sunset Park in downtown Brooklyn, Crain’s New York and The Real Deal report. The new headquarters will occupy approximately 70,000 square feet in Building 19, which is also where the Nets' training facility is located. Olshan real estate partner Nina Roket and associate Jessica Stanton represented the Nets in the lease in coordination with Jeff Gewirtz, the team’s CLO.
