Gursky Closes 195,000 Square Foot Calvin Klein Lease in Garment District

Olshan client PVH Corp. announced the recent renewal for approximately 195,000 square feet of its lease at 205 West 39th Street.  Calvin Klein Inc., now owned by PVH, has maintained its headquarters in the space since the late 1970s. The New York Post, The Real Deal and Commercial Observer reported on the transaction.  Partner Steven Gursky represented PVH.
