Westlaw Business highlighted Olshan’s client Ramius LLC announcing that Cypress Bioscience, Inc. has rejected Ramius’ sweetened $4.25 offer and adopted a poison pill designed to make Ramius’ hostile bid more difficult to consummate.

Steve Wolosky, Andrew M. Freedman and Jason W. Soncini comprise the Olshan team representing Ramius.
