Daily Deal Reports on Involuntary Bankruptcy against Signature

The Daily Deal reported (subscription required) on Signature Apparel's attempt to continue use of a loan from CIT Group just after three creditors filed an involuntary Chapter 7 petition. Signature’s creditors, Hitch & Trail Inc, Talful Ltd. and Harvest (China) Ltd., estimated $15 million in claims against the company in the petition. Michael S.
