Digirad Reaches Agreement with Birner Dental (Perfect Teeth) for Board Representation

Olshan client Digirad Corporation, who teamed up with a group of other investors, has reached an agreement with Birner Dental Management Services, Inc. for two board seats, among other things.  Pursuant to the agreement John M. Climaco and Gregory G. Fulton will be nominated to the Birner Dental board for a three-year term at the 2017 annual meeting of shareholders.  Olshan represented Digirad in connection with its investment in Birner Dental.
