Fleming Quoted in Law 360 on Legal Malpractice Victory

Law 360 (subscription required) reported that the Second Circuit upheld a jury award to Lawrence Goetz who accused Peter Hershman, a former Siegel O’Connor Zangari O’Donnell & Beck PC attorney, of composing a false affidavit and improperly representing him and a business partner in a contract related to an insurance settlement. Goetz and Volpe had both relied on Hershman to resolve a dispute over their interests in R&L Leasing LLC.  Thomas J. Fleming, Jennifer L. Heil and Joshua S. Androphy represented Goetz.
