Freedman to Participate in Harvard Roundtable on Corporate Governance on March 17-18, 2015

On March 17-18, 2015, Olshan Activist & Equity Investment Partner Andrew Freedman will participate in the Harvard Roundtable on Corporate Governance. The annual event brings together prominent participants with a wide range of perspectives on corporate governance, including issuers, institutional investors, directors, advisers, public officials, and academics, for an off-the-record discussion. This year the roundtable will focus on board composition and other current topics that are expected to be significant for the 2015 proxy season.
