Friedman Leads Team for Randa’s Deal to Acquire Swank

Olshan’s client Randa has agreed to acquire Swank, Inc. for approximately $57.5 million. The Olshan team that worked on this transaction included: Corporate: Robert H. Friedman; and Intellectual Property: Steven R. Gursky and Mary L. Grieco.
