Olshan Client GAMCO Asset Management Reaches Agreement with Ingles Markets, Inc.

Olshan client GAMCO Asset Management announced that is has reached an agreement with Ingles Markets, Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, Ingles Markets agreed to nominate Mr. John "Jack" R. Lowden, a candidate originally nominated by GAMCO, for election to the Board at the 2018 Annual Meeting. Steve Wolosky represent GAMCO in connection with its investment in Ingles Markets.
