Olshan Client GAMCO Asset Management Adds Another Representative on the Board of Myers Industries

Olshan client GAMCO Asset Management reached an agreement with Myers Industries to add Daniel Lee as a nominee to the company's slate of directors for its 2016 annual meeting of shareholders. GAMCO previously succeeded in electing all three of its director nominees at the 2015 annual meeting of Myers Industries. Steve Wolosky represented GAMCO in connection with its investment in Myers Industries.
