Goldberg Finalizes Sale of Retail Bowery Condo to International Center of Photography

As initially reported in The Real Deal, preeminent photography museum International Center of Photography closed on the purchase of a retail condominium located at 250 Bowery, NYC. Olshan Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg represented the seller 250 Bowery Star LLC, an affiliate of developer David Edelstein’s Tristar Capital. Tristar initially purchased the condominium in 2013.
