Goldberg Handles Purchase of Luxury Brooklyn Condo

Crain’s New York Business reported that 525 Clinton Avenue, a 13-story building located in Brooklyn, was recently purchased by client Bonjour Capital. Bonjour Capital, a Manhattan-based real estate investment and development firm, won the property in a foreclosure auction and is completing the design and construction as a luxury rental. Eric Goldberg represented Bonjour Capital in connection with the assignment of a winning foreclosure bid.
