Eric Goldberg Leads Joint Venture in $310M Acquisition of Third Amazon Office Building in Seattle

The Seattle Times and Real Estate Alert reported that a joint venture of Tristar Capital and RFR Holding purchased an Amazon.com Inc. office building in Bellevue, WA from Schnitzer West LLC for approximately $310M.  The 16-story, 357,000 square foot building was just completed, and features open floor plans, high ceilings, ample indoor and outdoor meeting space and a rooftop deck with spectacular views of downtown Seattle.  This is the third similar transaction in which Olshan represented the TriStar and RFR joint venture in Amazon building acquisitions and the fourth office building purchase in the Seattle area handled by Olshan, for a total value of over $1.1 billion.  Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented the joint venture, which included Hyman Kindler. The corporate team of Jason Saltsberg and Honghui Yu also worked on the acquisition.
