Goldberg and Kindler Handle Sale of 5 Beekman Street

The Real Deal reports that 5 Beekman Street, the Temple Court Building in New York, owned by client Bonjour Capital, and co-owned by the Chetrit Group as tenants in common, was sold to GFI Capital Resources Group for $64 million.
