Olshan represented Handy & Harman Ltd. and its subsidiary Lucas-Milhaupt, Inc. in connection with an amendment to its credit facility in order to facilitate their acquisition of Wolverine Joining Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolverine Tube.
