On September 30, 2016, James C. Pappas of Olshan client JCP Investment Management was elected to the board of directors of U.S. Geothermal, Inc. at the company’s annual meeting. Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent JCP Investment Management in connection with its investment in U.S. Geothermal.
