Kearns Handles 57 Irving Place Project

The Real Deal reported that 57 Irving Place, a boutique nine-unit Gramercy Park condo, is now sold out after re-starting the sales in November 2011. Thomas Kearns represented the developer in the site acquisition and construction loan. Mr. Kearns and Keith Pollock handled the restructuring of the project with a new loan in 2011 to finish the project.
