Kearns Represents Kaufman in NYU Film Joint Venture

Crain’s New York reported that Olshan client Kaufman Astoria Studios and NYU Tisch School of the Arts’ Kanbar Institute of Film and Television have agreed to allow 10 senior-level students per year access to Kaufman’s historic soundstages. The students will be given the space at no charge and also have access to equipment from the studios’ lighting department. Olshan Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns represented Kaufman Astoria Studios in the arrangements with NYU.
