The Real Deal reported that Olshan client Friedland Properties received approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission on its plan to develop two adjacent mixed-used buildings at 7 West 21st Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, in the Flatiron District. Thomas Kearns and Samuel Ross represent the ownership group in the development.
