(NYSE MKT: LGL) announced that its primary operating subsidiary, MtronPTI, a leader in precision frequency control and customer RF/microwave filters, has acquired certain filter product line assets from Trilithic, Inc.  Olshan attorneys Robert Friedman, Jason Saltsberg and Kenneth Mantel represented The LGL Group in connection with the transaction.
