Bloomberg covered the renewed efforts by Olshan activist client, Land & Buildings Management to persuade MGM Resorts to spin-off its real estate holdings. The activist resumed its call for a restructuring of the casino company, citing plans by the estate of Kirk Kerkorian to sell its 16% stake in MGM Resorts.
