Olshan Client’s Landmark 5 Beekman Development Celebrates Grand Opening of Beekman Hotel

Luxury Listing NYC posted a story about the grand opening of the Beekman Hotel located at 123 Nassau Street, which rises nine stories and houses celebrated restaurants.  Olshan client GFI Development handled the restoration of the landmarked 5 Beekman Street, long known as Temple Court.  The project involved the restoration of the historic building into the luxury hotel and conjoining a 51-story condominium, which is set to open in winter 2016.  Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini, who specializes in Construction Law, represented GFI in connection with the design and construction of the project.
