Eric Goldberg Represents Seller of East Side Apartment Building for $25M

Olshan real estate partner Eric L. Goldberg represented the seller of an apartment building located in Sutton Place, between Second and Third Avenues. Law360 highlighted the $25 million deal as one of the five largest deeds filed the week of August 6. The building has 40 studio units that average 400 square feet and 20 one-bedroom units that average 600 square feet.  Goldberg was assisted with tax advice by Warren Gleicher and also corporate partner Jason Saltsberg and Chair of Litigation Brian Katz.
