Olshan Client Maglan Capital Enters Settlement Agreement with Madalena Energy for Board Changes

Yahoo!Finance announced that Olshan client Maglan Capital LP reached an agreement with Madalena Energy Inc. providing for the appointment of an independent director and a new Chairman of the Board. Maglan believes these Board changes will bring a fresh perspective and unique insight to Madalena, as well as the experience necessary to help the Board and management as they work toward unlocking and enhancing shareholder value.  Andrew Freedman represents Maglan Capital in connection with its activist campaign and settlement negotiations with Madalena Energy.
