Media Reports on Jennifer Convertibles’ Bankruptcy Filing

Crain’s New York quoted Michael S. Fox on the report that Olshan’s client Jennifer Convertibles, Inc. filed for voluntary petition under Chapter 11 after reaching an agreement with its largest creditor and foreign supplier, Haining Mengnu Co. Ltd. Group, to convert debt into equity in the company. The Wall Street Journal and The AmLaw Daily also reported on the story.  Michael along with Jordanna L. Nadritch and Jayme M.
