NY Post Covers Wolosky & Freedman’s Victory in Benihana Proxy Battle

The New York Post ran an article on a major proxy victory for Olshan’s client, Benihana of Tokyo, Inc. and the Aoki family trust managed by Keiko Aoki. Benihana had been seeking shareholder approval of a controversial plan to combine two of the company’s share classes that would have greatly diluted the voting power of Benihana’s common shareholders, including Benihana of Tokyo.
