The New York Times cited a Cranbury, New Jersey, development as an example of how more warehouses are being built or renovated to highlight the growth of online sales and the decline of certain malls. Olshan Real Estate partners Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler represented the owner of the Cranbury site in a joint venture with a developer. The 1.2 million sq. ft. property is now home to Wayfair, an online retailer specializing in home goods.
