The Wall Street Journal reported today on the closing of education-tech startup Newsela Inc.’s Series A financing round. Venture firm Owl Ventures led the $4.1 million investment in the Company. Olshan corporate attorneys Robert Friedman and Claudia Dubón counseled Newsela in connection with the financing, with tax assistance from Mark Limardo.
