Olshan Client Okumus Reaches Agreement with Web.com for Board Additions

Olshan client Okumus Fund Management announced that it has reached an agreement with Web.com Group, Inc. (WWWW), a leading provider of Internet services and online marketing solutions for small businesses, calling for the addition of two new independent directors identified by Okumus to the Web.com Board. Partners Steve Wolosky and Andrew Freedman, along with Associate Ryan Nebel, represented Okumus in its campaign at Web.com.
